We do not accept returns. The majority of our products are antique and vintage, in used condition--used vintage items are never perfect. Defects are disclosed in the product descriptions. We do the best we can to describe each item accurately. Please view photos before purchasing antique or vintage items.
Grading of our coins, tokens and currency items is approximate and not guaranteed. Grading is subjective. Please take time to form your own grading opinion using the item photos before making a purchase.
Customers in the United States:
We accept Paypal, money orders, and cashier's checks. All payments must clear before items are shipped.
International customers:
We accept Paypal payments in U.S. dollars. All payments must clear before items are shipped.
Currently, we accept orders from customers within Canada, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Norway, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Custom regulations prohibit shipping certain items to some countries. We will notify you if your order contains items that cannot be shipped to your country.
International shipping is estimated and is subject to change depending upon the weight, dimensions, and value of the items purchased. Customs regulations require coins, currency, and bullion to be shipped by Priority Mail International with insurance. After payment is received, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping cost up or down. If additional shipping is required, we will send you an invoice requesting additional payment. Items will not be shipped until complete shipping cost is received. If the shipping cost is less than the amount paid, a refund of the excess shipping cost will be issued.
